Pipedrive implementation, EU and UK
Get Pipedrive live without the usual six months of mess
Most CRM projects do not fail on software. They fail on unclear process, dirty data and no owner. This site shows how a real implementation runs, what it costs, and where teams go wrong.

The library
70 guides and tools, organised in six series
This site is a library, not a brochure. Every page is written from project work with teams in the EU and UK, most between five and eighty people. You get real costs, timelines, mapping tables and the mistakes we keep rescuing teams from. No page exists to fill a keyword.
Start where your situation starts. Coming from another CRM, open the migration guides. Building fresh, follow the setup series in order. Not sure Pipedrive fits at all, read the decision guides first. The two free tools, the Readiness Assessment and the Implementation Playbook, work with any of them.

Migrating to Pipedrive: Pick Your Starting Point
Where you come from decides most of the work. Each guide covers one route into Pipedrive, from HubSpot to a six year old spreadsheet, with mapping tables and the pitfalls of that source. The export is easy, deciding what deserves to move is the job.
- 01Migrating from HubSpot to Pipedrive: A Practical GuideHow to move from HubSpot to Pipedrive without losing history. Object mapping, lifecycle stages, workflows, timing and the traps that cost teams weeks.

Setting up Pipedrive: The Full Guide Series
A working Pipedrive account is a set of decisions, not a set of features. This series walks the build in order: pipeline, stages, fields, email, automations, permissions and reporting. Follow it and the forecast at the end is one you can defend.
- 01Pipedrive Pipeline Design That Matches How You SellHow to design pipeline stages around buyer behaviour, when you need a second pipeline, and the stage patterns that keep forecasts honest.
- 02Pipedrive Automations That Actually MatterThe small set of automations that pay off from day one, the ones to skip, and how to keep a workflow list maintainable.
- 03Pipedrive Dashboards and Reporting That Get UsedThe reports a sales team actually opens, how to build them in Insights, and the field hygiene that keeps the numbers true.

Playbooks · 6 guides

- 02Beating Deal Rotting in PipedriveUsing rotting settings, activity discipline and stage exit criteria to keep the pipeline honest, with an escalation playbook.

Questions people ask first
- What does a Pipedrive implementation actually include?
- A working pipeline, clean data, the fields your reporting needs, automations for repetitive steps, integrations with mail and calendar, and training so the team uses it. Anything else is configuration without adoption.
- How long does a Pipedrive implementation take?
- A small team with clean data can be live in two weeks. A team of twenty with a migration from another CRM usually needs six to ten weeks, mostly because of data cleaning and decisions, not software.
- Do we need a partner, or can we do it ourselves?
- You can do it yourself if your sales process is simple, your data is clean and someone owns the project internally. Bring in a partner when you migrate data, need reporting you can trust, or have to connect other systems.
