Migrating to Pipedrive: Pick Your Starting Point
Almost every Pipedrive implementation starts somewhere else. A CRM the team stopped trusting. A spreadsheet that grew for six years. Two Pipedrive accounts after a merger. The route you come from decides most of the work, so we wrote a separate guide for each one.
The pattern is always the same, and it is not technical. Exporting data is the easy part. The real work is deciding what deserves to move, mapping fields that do not match one to one, and cleaning what a decade of habits left behind. A migration that copies everything copies the mess along with it.
Each guide follows a fixed shape. What carries over and what does not. A field mapping table. The pitfalls specific to that source system. A step plan you can run yourself. A timeline and a cost band, so you can budget before you commit. Project bands in the market run from 3,000 to 25,000 euro, and a migration sits at the heavier end of that range when the data is dirty.
